Craft Class

A friendly social group session for residents to share ideas and learn from each other.

Saturday, 12.30 pm-3.30 pm

For all adults who enjoy paper craft this session is a must! Come along and learn new skills.

Credit Union

Friday, 1.00 pm-2.45 pm

Local community banking service: low cost loans and savings scheme, now supported by Money Wise Newcastle Credit Union Ltd.

Flower Arranging

Monday, 10.30 am-12.00 noon every two weeks

A session provided free of charge by the Search project for residents in Fenham. Learn how to create beautiful arrangements with both dried and fresh flowers.

IT for Older Learners

Thursday, 10.00 am-12.00 noon

A great way to learn and develop skills using computers.

In this course you can learn how to make cards, posters, and newsletters, everything you wanted to know about desktop publishing and more!

Knit and Natter group

Tuesday, 1.00 pm-3.00 pm

A small social group where residents produce clothing for premature babies and have relaxing chat. This group is supported by the Search project.

Lunch Club

Wednesday, 11.00 am-2.00 pm

For residents over 50 - an enjoyable social session with home-cooked food, very tasty!

Multi-tastic Twins |Group

Thursday, 1.00-3.00 pm (term time only)

A very friendly social group of parents who have multiple births. The members come with children to support each other, share ideas, hints, tips and advice.

At the moment the group is run without crèche and it is the responsibility of the parents to look after their children. Entrance is only £1.00 and all funds help buy equipment for the group.

Parent and Toddler

Friday, 9.00 am-11.00 am

A chance to come along to the Toddlers group at FAR - a fun, creative session for children aged 0-3 and parents. Come along and join us.

Sugar Craft

Tuesday, 7.00 pm-9.00 pm

An excellent and highly popular adult education session.
